InfraLogic retains all rights to our software, services, and content. You retain ownership of your infrastructure code and data. You grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve our services.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Enterprise customers receive specific SLA guarantees as outlined in their contracts.

8. Limitation of Liability

InfraLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
